SBS: The Doom Slayer VS Samus Aran (FIGHT)

Log Entry 2707:     I had thought that the Phazon Crisis had ended in one of my previous missions during the destruction of Planet Phaze, the source of the radioactive substance known as Phazon. Little did I and the Galactic Federation know that the Phazon Crisis was far from over. A new threat to the galaxy known as Demons managed to get their hands on the Phazon substance. They now plan to rule over the galaxy with Phazon, the nearby military from Earth attempted to combat the demons but they were wiped out. With the galaxy now in peril, the Galactic Federation sent me to go to the Demons homeworld, Mars, to contain this new threat before it is too late.

    In the vast emptiness of space, an orange spaceship with a green windshield flew towards a small red planet. Inside the ship was an orange-clad figure who piloted the ship from the inside. Noticeable traits from the figure were it’s large round shoulder pads and a green cannon on the figure’s arm. This was none other than the bounty hunter Samus Aran.     The Bounty Hunter’s gunship soon reached the hellish planet’s atmosphere surrounding the ship in flames. This was Samus’ cue to get up from the pilot seat and wait near the ship’s cockpit. Samus lifted her Arm Cannon high into the air as her ship was now moment’s away from landing. Her new mission was about start. Entering the atmosphere, Samus' Gunship descended lower and lower before making a safe landing onto the hellish planet that was overtaken by demonic forces. Upon making the landing, an opening formed on top of the ship and out came the galactic bounty hunter, now standing in a foreign land that had danger written all over it. Of course, Samus had no intention of backing down.     The Galactic Federation's Greatest scanned the area and so far, there were no signs of hostile life yet. But what she did see just not too far from her was a battered space station that was likely ravaged and torn apart by demonic life that inhabited this planet.

    Samus readied her arm cannon, saying three simple words before venturing into the perilous lands... "Time to go." However, the Bounty Hunter didn't make a few steps forward before hearing... BLAM!     Not too far from where the Gunship had landed a blood gurgling scream echoed throughout the area. Soon after the body of an Arch-Vile unceremoniously fell to the floor. With a gaping hole in its chest, the tall thin demon breathed heavily its final gasps of air. Shortly after, a strong green figure crushed the head of the demon under the heel of its foot, splattering its head all over the floor. The figure was clad in dark green high-tech armor. The figure’s helmet was a dark bluish-green color that you could barely see the figure’s face. The figure cocked his shotgun before trudging onward deep into the wasteland of Mars.     The figure was none other than the marine the Doom Slayer.     Why was the Slayer on Mars you may ask? To slay the demons invading Earth once again simple as that. As the Slayer continued to walk forward, with his trusty shotgun in his hands, the Slayer noticed something off into the distance. A tall orange figure with a gun for a hand. Was this a demon? It didn’t matter to the Doom Slayer as whatever’s in his path would be his next target. Samus, on the other hand, realized that the imposing armored beast of a man was actually a human person which figured she could try to negotiate with. However, The Slayer wasn't one to immediately start negotiating as he took aim and squeezed the trigger a second time. BLAM! Beneath her helmet, Samus' eyes widened before throwing her body right out of the trajectory of the explosive pellet, almost falling onto the ground but she maintained her stance. The Bounty Hunter jerked her head up to see The Marine, still aiming the shotgun still aimed at her. The Slayer took another shot, but once again, Samus easily weaved out of harm's way before ultimately aiming her arm cannon in retaliation. Samus knew this man was unwilling to cooperate while Slayer simply thought that this was another demon that was ripe for the slaughter.     The two armored space warriors stood still, their weapons each pointed at each other while the screeches of demons filled the air...

    The tip of Samus Arm Cannon began to glow, firing basic power beams right at the Marine. The Slayer quickly evaded the blasts by dodging to his right, as the Slayer dodged the seemingly endless blasts he fired his own Shotgun right at the Bounty Hunter. The Shotgun shells hit their target successfully though as they made contact with the orange Varia Suit they simply bounced off the high tech suit and forced the Hunter backward by a few inches. The Doom Slayer noticed this and unrelentlessly continued to pump the Hunter full of lead with his shotgun.     Samus thinking fast the Samus quickly switched to the Missile Launcher function of Arm Cannon. She then fired a missile from between the Marine’s feet. The explosion sent the Marine flying toward the Hunter where she follows with a shoulder tackle into that knocks the Slayer backward through the air, dropping his weapon in the process.

    The Doom Slayer crashed into the ground where he quickly stood from his downed position. The Slayer then realized that his trusty shotgun wasn’t with him, he quickly scanned the area around him only to realize it was only a few meters to the right of him. As the Slayer was about to retrieve his weapon a missile was launched at the Shotgun, causing it to get blown into smithereens and knocking back the Marine. The Slayer snarled underneath his mask as he got up faster than ever. His trusty Shotgun now gone only made him more pissed at his opponent than ever.      Doomguy soon pulled out a new weapon, an assault riffle to be exact, as he began to unleash a torrent of bullets into Samus' direction. The Bounty Hunter acted fast as she began to weave around the Slayer's gunfire while firing several missiles from her arm cannon, forcing Doomguy to also dodge and weave. The two intergalactic badasses soon met each other as Samus leaped into the air and delivered a flying kick into the Slayer's helmet. Instinctively, Doomguy grabbed onto Samus' foot before it could even strike his helmet as he then tackled Samus to the ground. Upon pinning his opponent, Doomguy brought up his left forearm which had a long sharp blade adorned on it as the Slayer stabbed it down onto the Hunter's neck.     Acting fast, Samus jerked her head away from the tip of the Doomblade as it stabbed into the sandy grounds of Mars as she attempted to throw off the Doom Slayer with a kick. However, it did little faze the Slayer as he kept up his attempt of stabbing into his opponent's neck. Samus, using enough of her strength, jerked her arm canon out of the Marine's clutches before blast him directly into the stomach with a missile. One that launched himself several feet into the air and into a pit that was filled with hungry demons.     Doomguy quickly thought of a new idea as he pulled out a brand new shotgun, one that was far bigger and had a pair of twin blades before a hook shot out from underneath the firearm as it spanned several feet before striking Samus, who had just gotten up. The Bounty Hunter felt a stinging pain in her gut before she felt her body thrusted several feet forward as both armored space warriors came crashing into the pit. Both fighter's falls were cushioned by the body of an Imp, that splattered into a fine red paste. Both fighters got back up on their feet, now surrounded by hordes of demons, hungry for their flesh.     A few Imps threw themselves at Doomguy, only for all of them to explode into meaty giblets with one shot of the Super Shotgun while Mancubus tried to blast Samus into oblivion with his plasma canons. The Bounty Hunter dodged them with ease before exploding his head and chest with a missile or two. Just then a Cacodemon soared onto the scene, the floating demon fired balls of lightning onto Samus, who quickly rolled to her right to dodge the attacks. Samus quickly fired several missiles at the airborne demon, each missile hit their intended targets causing the Cacodemon to cry out in pain. Though the floating Demon was angrier than ever and fired it’s lightning projectiles at a much faster rate at the hunter.     As the Hunter was busy fighting the Cacodemon, the Doom Slayer knew it was his time to strike. From behind the Hunter, the Slayer leaped high into the air and began firing his Assault Rifle at the Hunter. The bullets began to bounce off the Varia Suit, which prompted the Hunter to turn and face the Doom Slayer. Before the Hunter could do intercept the Marine it was to late. In the process of firing a missile at the target, the Marine thrusted the barrel of his rifle into the Hunter’s face causing her to recoil backward.      As the Doom Marine landed back onto the ground, the Bounty Hunter quickly thusted her Arm Cannon forward into the Marine’s chest though he quickly sidestepped out of the way of the attack. Acting fast, the Slayer wrapped his left arm around Samus’ arm cannon holding her in place. Then using his right hand pulled out a pistol and aimed it directly into Samus’ face, her eyes widened as she stared into the barrel of the gun. The Slayer pulled the trigger only for the bullet to harmlessly bounce off of Samus’ helmet. Samus quickly followed by grabbing the Slayer’s pistol from out of his hands and slamming it into his helmet, knocking the Slayer backward a few feet.

    Thinking quickly, Samus used her Grapple Beam onto the floating Cacodemon from earlier. She then pulled in the demon and flung the floating demon right into the Slayer. As the Cacodemon was flying toward the Slayer, he quickly equipped himself with the Pain Giver. Before the demon could tackle into the Slayer he fired a rocket into the eye of the demon blowing it into meaty chunks. Meanwhile, A Pinky came charging towards Samus at high speeds, attempting to ram into the hunter as she fired a missile right into its face. However, due to its armored front, it managed to shrug it off as it came barreling out of the cloud of smoke while letting out a low snarl. Realizing that missiles weren't gonna work, she soon leaped right out the charging demon's way but not before throwing a bomb into the beast's mouth. The Pinky didn't have a moment to scream before... BLOOOOOOOSSCCH!!!

    The only thing remained of the Pink were his legs, which awkwardly wobbled before falling flat onto the ground. On the other side of the spectrum, Doomguy grabbed onto an Imp and was ready to mash his head in until he noticed that he was in close proximity of Samus, he turned to the hissing demon before grabbing onto his legs and holding him high into the air. Doomguy sped towards Samus with the Imp still in his clutches, while The Bounty Hunter blasted yet another Cacodemon right square in the eye before turning her body to see the Slayer swing down the Imp's body down with enough force to literally explode its body into bloody chunks.     As a result, the Bounty Hunter's body was now painted a fine coat of red, Covering the Hunter’s visor with the crimson fluid obscuring her vision. Before the Hunter could wipe away the fluid she felt a blunt force jab right into her gut, forcing a pained grunt from the Hunter. Followed by the same force smack her across her cheek. The Hunter could not see but it was actually the Doom Slayer smacking across the Blinded Hunter with his Paingiver. Now with his opponent dazed the Doom Slayer pointed the tip of his rocket in front of the Hunter’s face. He pulled the trigger causing a massive explosion sending the Hunter flying face-first into the nearby cliff.     Samus slowly stood back up using the side of the cliff to support herself. As Samus got up she could hear a small object land near her feet. She quickly wiped the blood from her face using her left hand to see what the object is. It was a small green metallic grenade with the pin pulled out. Before the Hunter could react the grenade detonated engulfing the Hunter in a blazing fiery explosion. While it seemed as though the grenade did it's job in ending the Bounty Hunter's life, Doom Slayer was distracted by yet another Imp that he promptly ripped apart when he suddenly a small molten ball was fired into his direction and exploded right into the Slayer's face. Doom Slayer nearly fell over while Samus came running out of the cloud of smoke, ignoring the pain from the grenade explosion, as she launched another Magmaul at the Slayer.     Doomguy quickly rolled out of harm's way as the Magmaul was instead detonated in front of an army of shuffling Possessed, their bodies being completely engulfed by magma as their dying screams were canceled out by the sizzling of their flesh. Meanwhile, Doomguy whipped out the Super Shotgun and fired the chain hook to pull Samus in only for her to retaliate with her Grapple Beam that countered the Meat Hook. The two galactic badasses were now in a game of tug-of-war with the two fighters trying to pull the other as surrounding demons were beginning to surround them entirely.  It didn't take long for a few Revenants to come soaring into the battlefield with their jetpacks while firing off rockets into the direction of the Slayer and Hunter. However, Samus and Doomguy both jerked their long-ranged weapons to side, slicing off one of the Revenant's feet in the process.     The Revenant screeched with pain while The Slayer and Hunter recoiled their ranged weapons as Doomguy grabbed a hold of the Revenant and ripped into its jetpack, fishing out a large chunk of the rocket-powered pack as it sent the skeletal demon uncontrollably zooming through the sky as it came smashing into Samus, who swiftly kicked the oncoming skeleton in the cheek as its body went SPLAT against the cliffs. Samus began to quickly charge her Arm Cannon, the Slayer began to take notice and quickly equipped himself with his Plasma Rifle and began firing at Samus. She quickly threw herself towards her left and fired her charged shot at the Slayer who leaped high into the air to avoid the attack. Once the Slayer landed back on the floor he quickly continued to his Plasma Rifle at his opponent who in turned fired basic energy blasts at her opponent. The two begin to circle around each other, continuously firing shot after shot avoiding each other’s projectiles in the process. While firing at each other the Hunter quickly changed her Arm Cannon to the missile launcher and began to fire a seemingly endless barrage of missiles at the Doom Slayer. In retaliation the Slayer quickly equipped himself with the Paingiver and fired rockets at his opponent. Both fired rockets behind each other sending both of them being launched toward each other. While in the air both Hunter and Slayer continued to fire their rockets at one another until both of them fell onto the hard sandy ground.

    Samus quickly rolled backward in order to gain distance between herself and the Slayer. Once the Slayer regained his footing it was Samus’ cue to attack. Her Arm Cannon quickly began to emit a yellow color as she fired the Volt Driver into the Slayer’s chest. A never-ending surge of electricity was pumped all throughout the Marine’s body, the Marine began to groan from the pain. Shortly after the Bounty Hunter seized her fire and the Marine was paralyzed and unable to move.

    Samus quickly took a giant leap backward and she began to run toward her opponent. Then she began to move faster, and faster a blinding aura began to surround the Hunter as she activated her Speed Booster and tackled right into the paralyzed Slayer. The moment Samus' body came colliding into The Slayer's six-foot build, Samus was able to grab ahold of the Slayer's waist as the two came plowing throw demon after demon, the force of the Doom Slayer's back tearing right through them. The Marine viciously pounded down onto Samus' shoulders and head in an attempt to free himself from her grasps but Samus was able to hold onto him tight before he felt his body slam right into the cheek of a cliff. Samus proceeded to grab onto the Slayer's neck while simultaneously driving her knee into his gut several times. Of course, The Slayer grabbed hold of Samus' neck before reeling his head back for a powerful headbutt. The Bounty Hunter caught onto the attack, as she too reeled her head back, as both intergalactic badasses bashed their helmet's together. Cracks forming on their visors the moment they struck against each other as Doomguy proceeded to overpower Samus with a tackle of his own. He proceeded to lift Samus by grabbing onto her neck, ready to finish her off completely but the Hunter wasn't going to let Doomguy end her life that quickly. Using what little strength she had, Samus grabbed onto Doomguy's hand and kicked herself out of his clutches. The Slayer stumbled back while The Hunter directed her Arm Cannon and fired an ice-cold beam that froze the Marine solid.     Doomguy tried to break free from his new icy prison but Samus had another trick up her sleeve as she took aim with her arm canon once more, firing yet another missile but it looked far larger and was tipped with a green glow. The eyes beneath Doomguy's helmet widened right before... BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!     The Marine was encompassed in a large explosion that began to shake the ground beneath. Samus managed to hold her ground against the minature quakes while many of the surrounding demons helplessly fell to the ground. As the explosion managed to calm down, the Hunter prepared herself mentally fully knowing that the Slayer wasn’t going to go down that easily. She aimed her cannon at the Slayer’s location and waited, after several seconds nothing but silence.     Then from within the epicenter of the explosion, the two blades shot from the smoke and inserted themselves deep into the Hunter’s chest, forcing a pained grunt from the Hunter. Before she knew it she was suddenly pulled in against her will. As she was pulled in her face was met with an uppercut that sent her flying into the air. As the smoke began to settle it was revealed that the Doom Slayer pulled in the Bounty Hunter using Meat Hook attachment of his Super Shotgun. Thinking quickly the Bounty Hunter fired her Grapple Beam at her opponent, though the Doom Slayer retaliated by tossing his shotgun to the side and grabbed the plasma-like whip with his bare hands. Using all his might he began to toss the Hunter around like a rag doll, slamming her body into various nearby demons causing them to splat upon impact.     The Marine then began to twirl the Hunter like an Olympic Hammer Thrower before letting go of the beam sending the Hunter flying far off into the distance. The Marine quickly equipped his Rocket Launcher and locked onto the airborne hunter. He then fired a missile at the Hunter which hit his opponent’s chest sending the Hunter crashing into a large abandoned Lab. The Doom Slayer trudged forward into the abandoned lab to finish off the Bounty Hunter for good.     Upon stepping foot into the abandoned laboratory, all Doomguy was greeted with was total darkness as he scanned the perimeter for any signs of Samus but she was nowhere to be found, at least in an area such as this. Just then, Doomguy picked up a faint noise, something that sounded much similar to that of something heavy rolling against the metal ground. Hearing noise on his right, Doomguy pulled out a brand new heavy weapon, The chaingun, and proceeded to blast almost a dozen bullets into the direction of where he heard the noise. Sadly though, the bullets didn't strike anything but the Slayer stood still in the empty room...         Soon, the same rolling noise could be heard from above this time as Doomguy quickly used his shoulder-mounted equipment launcher to fire several UAC-grade grenades up into the higher story of the building, which just so happened to have holes riddled in the floor. As the grenades went off, Doomguy swore he saw something dash across him.      He might've been going crazy but he swore he laid his eyes on a metallic orange ball. The Doom Slayer aimed his equipment launcher at the ball only for the ball to drop a small metallic object onto the ground, then quickly rolled off. Before the Doom Slayer knew what happened the metallic object exploded launching the Slayer backward onto his back.     The Slayer quickly pushed back his confused thoughts and forced himself to get back on his own two feet. In the corner of his eye he saw the orange object attempt to roll away, the Slayer then unrelentlessly fired grenades into the attempting to hit the nimble sphere prevented the Slayer from landing a direct hit. The sphere traveled closer and closer to the Slayer where it ended up rolling between the Slayer’s legs and rolled back behind the Slayer and into the shadows. When the slayer turned to face the sphere the ball planted several bombs under the Slayer causing an explosion that sent the Marine up into the air.     While in the air the ball morphed back into Samus where she the somersaulted towards the airborne Marine. A wave of energy then began to surround Samus as she activated her Screwattack and tackled into the Marine sending him crashing into a nearby wall of the building. Doomguy's body came crashing through the walls and bouncing on the hard steel ground while Samus proceeds to leap right through the hole that Doomguy created before unleashing a bright green beam into the downed Slayer's path. Doomguy was able to quickly jerk himself to the side, barely being struck by the Nova Beam as Samus continued to unleash a barrage of deadly high-frequency beams that would've marked the end of Hell's Bane if he weren't too careful. After several dodges, The Slayer proceeded to bull-rush the Hunter with a shoulder bump that caused Samus to stumble back as she was left in a vulnerable daze, giving the Marine a perfect time attack.     Doomguy approached the stunned Bounter Hunter before delivering a powerful jab right into her face, fracturing both her jaw and skull in the process, as her body flopped onto the ground with an audible thud. The Slayer didn't stop there though, as he brought up his foot and stomped down onto Samus' chest. As a result her chest almost shattered upon impact as a few ribs snapped off like twigs, despite being clad in armor as a pained grunt escaped the Bounty Hunter's mouth.

    The Slayer proceeded to kick Samus several feet back as if she were a piece of trash as he then pulled out his chaingun, ready to blast the Bounty Hunter into a bloody mess. Samus, however, wasn't going to give up that easily as she then transformed into her morph ball state and rolled away from oncoming bullets from Doomguy's heavy firearm.      Angered by his opponent’s resilience the Marine quickly equipped himself with his M220 Chaingun and aimed the barrel towards the escaping Bounty Hunter. After a few seconds the gun finished revving up and the Slayer mercilessly fired at his opponent. Full of adrenaline and hatred, the Slayer yelled at the top of his lungs as he attempted to shoot down the Morph Ball but to no avail. The ground beneath his feet began to shake wildly from the power of the Chaingun. The Doom Slayer’s mighty weapon began to punch down the walls of the facility alone, unknown to the Slayer the very facility itself to begin to fall apart at any second.

RATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATA!!!     Samus then began to climb the walls of the facility using the Spider Ball function of her Morph Ball. Samus began to climb higher and higher until she reached the very ceiling of the abandoned laboratory. All the while the Slayer attempted to shoot her down with the Chaingun. Once Samus reached the ceiling she made her way on top of the Slayer and dropped a bomb that fell behind the Slayer, though the Slayer was too busy on his target to notice the bomb. After a few seconds, the bomb set off an explosion blowing the Slayer headfirst into a wall, forcing him to drop his weapon.     Samus quickly dropped down onto the floor and began to charge up her arm cannon, from the tip fired a hot stream of blazing fire towards the fallen Marine. The scorching heat began burned at the Marine, forcing him to feel a surging hot pain. But the Marine pushed past the pain, slowly he began to stand up and began to walk through the Hunter’s flamethrower. As he began to reach the hunter, the Marine pulled out a weapon from seemingly nowhere that surprised the Hunter, a chainsaw.     With one tug of its string, The Slayer wasted no time by literally swinging it right into The Bounty Hunter's neck. Upon connecting, blinding yellow sparks lit up the whole entire area while Samus' armor was barely protecting her from getting her head sliced off her shoulders. Doomguy applied more pressure to his weapon as Samus desperately tried to think of a way out of this situation. At first, she started off with a consussive blast to the stomach but Doomguy shrugged off the blast without any form of issue. Samus, in another attempt to save herself, switches from blasts to missiles as she launched one directly underneath bot their boots. Doomguy sadly was unable to react for the moment the Hunter launched the missile.  BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!     Both Doomguy and Samus were sent launching several feet apart from each other, their bodies slamming against the hard walls before flopping back onto the floor. The Slayer was the first to get up, despite being in a daze, as he unveiled a new weapon which came in the form of the Plasma Rifle. The Slayer took aim and fired several glowing blue shoots into different directions. As a result, he accidentally struck several walls and pillars that caused his view to be obscured in a cloud of debris. Doomguy simply charged through the puff of debris before firing off several more plasma shots to where Samus was positioned. Sadly though, she was already gone.     The Slayer snarled underneath his mask as he surveyed the ruined area for his opponent. With a Plasma Rifle in his hands, the Slayer held the gun close to his chest, waiting for his opponent’s next move as he began to charge the gun. After a tense moment of waiting the Slayer felt an object collide against the back of his right leg causing him to crash onto the hard floor. From behind the Slayer, the Hunter used the Boost Ball of her morph ball to land a surprise attack on her opponent.     As the Marine attempted to stand up the Hunter rolled near the Marine’s head and dropped a single explosive near his head. This explosion was different from the other bombs the Hunter had left before this one was special, it was larger and took a long time in order to detonate. The Marine looked back toward the Hunter who reverted back to her normal form as she attempted to run out of the building.     Though the Doom Slayer was not going to let that happen, the Doom Slayer fired his Heat Wave onto the Bounty Hunter’s back, firing a wave of energy that caused the Hunter to crash right into a pillar. The Doom Slayer then slowly stood back onto his two and limped towards his fallen opponent. He aimed the barrel of his Plasma Cannon at the Hunter and began to charge the Microwave Beam, but before he could the bomb that the Hunter had dropped began to blink uncontrollably until finally. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!     The whole floor gave into the explosive display of energy from the Power Bomb as both Samus and Doomguy fell into the gaping hole. Their bodies plunging several feet deep into the dark underground of Mars, as they plummeted deeper and deeper until... Blackness. (Music Stops) ___ Location: Underground of Mars ___ THUD!  The sounds of both Samus and Doomguy's body striking the ground echoed throughout the dark caverns of Mars. After a few seconds, both galactic badasses stood back up on their feet with Samus shaking off the impact and Doomguy popping his shoulder back in. The Slayer took aim with his Plasma Rifle while Samus charged up for another deadly blast from her arm cannon. While it seemed as though the Slayer and Hunter would return skirmishing, they heard something that interrupted their train of thought... bmph...     A slight bumping noise could be heard echoing through the cavern walls. This didn't stop the two from their standstill but they did manage to pick up on the noise. However, Samus turned her head to see a puddle on the ground, noticing a ripple in the water.

BMPH...     The bumping noise echoed once more, this time around both space warriors heard it. Forcing both armored warriors to put their weapons down in the process, however, the scariest thing about this was...     It was getting closer. BOOOMPH...     They could hear it draw ever-so closer as if whatever was approaching was just behind the very walls surrounding them. It didn't take long until... BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!     The cave walls were blasted right open by a blinding blue flash of light, as both fighters shielded themselves from the light while managing to stand their ground so they wouldn't be blown away. As the flash dimmed down, The Slayer and Hunter brought their arms down and were met with quite a shocking sigh which just so happened to come into the shape and form of a gigantic cybernetic abomination that was equipped with an arm-mounted canon that looked similar to Samus' while his body and eyes emitted a bright blue glow. The Marine knew this monster all to well as his grip tightened on the plasma gun while the beast gave out a rage-fueled roar that practically shook the whole planet.

    The Cyberdemon had returned.     While the new glowing form the beast took was new to the marine, Samus knew that the Cyberdemon had infused itself with Phazon energy. Knowing full well how dangerous this beast has become, it had to be eliminated immediately. Meanwhile, Doomguy was more than willing to put down the beast for a second time even with this new little fancy glowing form of his.     Both Doom Slayer and Samus turned their heads to face each other and without saying a word, nodded in unison.     Their battle would have to wait, right now, they were tasked with a new objective.     Blow this ugly motherfucker's head clean off.

    The Phazon-infused beast aimed it’s rocket launcher arm at the two and began to fire miniature missiles at a rapid rate. The Slayer threw himself to his left, while the Hunter threw her body to the right. As both began to evade the incoming barrage they began to unleash a barrage of missiles and plasma blasts at the demon, who brought up its right arm to block the incoming damage.      The Phazon Demon powered through the endless barrage and brought it’s right foot up into the air and slammed it back down onto the ground. The impact of which began to violently shake the arena’s floor causing both space warriors to try and keep their balance and temporarily seizing their fire. Using this time, the Demon began to charge at both of them at increasing speeds. The Demon’s the claws on the beasts right arm began to glow and sharpen themselves, the beast successfully landed a claw slash right onto the Doomslayer’s chest sending him flying right into the walls of the arena.     The Demon attempted to cut down the orange Hunter, though she quickly leaped out of the way before the attack could land. Once the Hunter landed on her feet she began to fire the Light Beam directly into the beasts face, forcing out a pained roar from the demon and sending it recoiling backward. The Hunter, now maintain a better stance, started pelt The Cyberdemon with several more light beams into the monster's torso and face before the monster gave out a booming roar that shook the cavern as he unleashed a barrage of missiles that forced Samus to transform into her morph ball. The now-balled mercenary began to roll away from the dozens of missiles that came her way while The Cyberdemon chased her down, refusing to let her enemy leave unscathed. But just then, he felt something stab right into his back of his neck! SHINK!     It wasn't just one however, the Demon felt something viciously stab at the back of his neck and back at an alarming rate of speed! SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!SHINK!     Cocking his head, he was in shock to see that the Slayer managed to leap onto his back while his attention was turned to the Bounty Hunter, as he viciously cuts into the Phazon Demon's neck with the Doomblade while letting out a barbaric cry of violence. This forced to the Cyberdemon to shake off the Slayer, swaying his body from side to side and even backing into the rock walls of the cavern but the Marine held on tight, refusing to let go despite the pain. As the Cyberdemon was occupied, Samus equipped her Arm Cannon with the Imperialist. Began to fire red beams of energy all across the Demon’s chest as the Slayer stabbed at the Demon’s back. The Demon screeched in pain thanks to the combined efforts of both the Slayer and the Hunter.     Then suddenly the Cyberdemon leaped high into the air, with the Marine still holding on for dear life on the Demon’s back. Samus with the Imperialist began attempted to shoot down the airborne Demon but no luck. At the Apex of the demon’s jump the demon used it’s right hand to grab at the Slayer’s face and throw him toward the Arena’s floor where he crashed right into Samus.     The Phaxon-infused demon then began to fall back towards the arena, creating a powerful quake that could be felt all throughout the planet. Once the Hunter and the Slayer stood back on their feet they noticed that the demon began to charge another attack within its mouth, there was a glowing blue orb in deep within the demon’s mouth as it began to glow brighter as seconds went by. Using this opportunity, both Samus began to red beams across the Demon’s chest with the Doom Slayer equipping the Ballista and began firing red hot beams from his weapon as well.     The two armored badasses began to unload round after round of searing hot energy beams, forcing the Phazon-infused Demon to bring up his arms as a means of defending himself. After a good solid minute of Samus' arm cannon and the shots from the Ballista, The Cyberdemon snarled before he began charging forward at speeds that seemed impossible for such a towering beast as he proceeded to bring down his left paw and swat The Slayer into the walls of the caverns. The Cyberdemon didn't stop there as he quickly kicked Samus to the side while he proceeded to turn his attention to the Marine, pinning his body against the walls while opening his mouth, ready to vaporize Hell's Bane with a Phazon blast.     BOOOOOOOOOOM!     However, rather then killing the Slayer, the Cyberdemon gave out a deafening scream of pain as he had felt something exploded against his head. In fact, he heard a sickening SNAP as one of his horns came falling off onto the ground. Turns out his kick did nothing to faze the Hunter as she launched a super missile directly into the side of his head. The Cyberdemon, now incredibly more pissed, began to bombarded Samus with several missiles while he continued his Phazon charge to obliterate the Slayer. But, Slayer was starting to fight back as he used both his legs to slowly but surely push the demon's clawback.       Once being freed from the Demon’s grip the Marine quickly pulled out his chainsaw and began to cut at the Demon’s wrist. The Marine’s weapon began to tear through the Demon’s Phazon armor causing blood to splatter all across the cavern. The Cyberdemon began to notice this and quickly seized its fire from the Hunter to slam the Marine into the ground, forcing the marine to drop his Chainsaw. The Cyberdemon threw the Marine high into the air and began to charge its breath.     Before the Cyberdemon could finish off the Marine, suddenly the Chainsaw from earlier was suddenly plunged deep into the Demon’s left eye forcing out a gigantic screech of pain from the Demon. What happened was that the Hunter used her Grapple Beam to grab the Hunter’s weapon, then once the Demon was distracted she used that opportunity to strike.     As the Chainsaw began to tear through the Demon’s face Samus reeled back her Arm Cannon and activated the Beam Burst Aeion ability. Her Arm Cannon then turned into a Gatling laser gun that fired a never-ending onslaught of beams all across the Demon’s body. If that wasn’t enough for the Phazon-Infused Demon, the Doom Slayer from began pumping rockets into the Demon’s body from the air. The demon could do little to prevent the combined efforts of both Slayer and Hunter. The Cyberdemon could slowly feel his body overwhelm to the ungodly amount of rockets and laser fire as he started to grow desperate of refusing to die once again. The Phazon-infused monster opened it's maw once more as he prepared for another great blast of Phazon energy while simultaneously firing the missile to possibly counter the assault of rockets and laser blasts.     The Cyberdemon gave out another earth-shaking roar before unleashing another Phazon blast, however, rather than just being a simple orb. It was a long blast of blinding blue energy that traveled across the caverns within only a matter of seconds.

    Samus and Doomguy threw themselves to the sides as the beam of Phazon came blasting through the underground of Mars, causing a large portion of the surface to inexplicably collapse. The two armored galactic heroes quickly picked themselves back up while The Cyberdemon charged up for yet another blast. Samus and Doomguy stared into each other's eyes for a brief moment as The Slayer unscathed a brand new weapon, one that could wipe out a demon within mere seconds, The Unmaykr.      Samus took a good look at the new weapon as she met Doomguy's gaze once more before they both nodded, realizing what needed to be done. She began to prepare a charged shot to finish off the demon once and for all. The demon charged at the two warriors with hatred in all of its eyes, though just as the Demon was a mere several feet away from both of them, the two warriors combined their blasts and fired.

    In a single shot, the Phazon-infused Cyberdemon blew up into unrecognizable meaty chunks, only leaving behind its blood and a goopy pile of the radioactive Phazon it was merged with. It’s internal organs stained the cavern with it’s crimson and bright blue insides. Samus let out a sigh of relief it was finally over- (Music Stops) Ayoooom...     It was then that the barrel of the Unmaykr was pointing right into her face as her eyes widened beneath their helmet before quickly dodging point-blank shot of the Slayer's firearm. The Bounty Hunter cocked her head up, to see The Slayer still pointing his ancient anti-demonic firearm. Now that the Cyberdemon was finally dead, The Marine was now ready to settle another fight as Samus could only muster a small sigh. The Bounty Hunter stood back up onto her feet as the two stared each other down, just a few feet away from each other.     After having dealt with the Phazon-infused Demon, the two armored badasses were going to finish what they had started.     And only one was going to make it out alive...

    The Doom Slayer began to fire the Unmakyr at the Hunter, she effortlessly evaded every incoming blast fired towards her. While avoiding the blasts her arm cannon began to emit a light green light, this is because she had switched to her Nova Beam which she fired at the Doom Slayer. The Marine quickly moved and ran to his left to avoid the incoming blasts, while doing this he also continued to shoot from the Unmakyr. Both blasts from the Unmakyr and the Nova Beam collided against one another creating tiny explosions that began to create a giant screen of smoke blinding both Hunter and Slayer, both of whom seized their fire waiting for the other to make their next move.     Though through the smoke a golden glow began to emit around the Slayer, which the Bounty Hunter had noticed. Before she could counteract, the Slayer moved faster than she had anticipated and delivered a right hook through the smoke and punching the Hunter into the walls of the cavern. The Slayer had activated the Haste power-up. Moving at speeds that were unbelievable for a six-foot giant monster of a man, Doomguy dashed right forward before delivering a flurry of punches that moved faster than the human eye could detect, his fists viciously slamming into her chest and visor but Samus quickly acted fast by catching one of the Slayer's blows before he could land a hit. Doomguy tried to use his other free arm to slam the Doomblade into Samus' neck as she jerked herself to the side, letting the blade stab into the cavern walls which got it stuck in the process.     Samus prepared to send the Slayer flying with a Nova Beam, but The Slayer immediately sprayed her with a stream of flames with his equipment launcher as the Hunter couldn't help but let out a horrific cry of pain after having to be engulfed in flames. The Slayer didn't stop there, as he proceeded to grab Samus by the waist and toss her in the air for a brief moment. The Slayer proceeded to grab a hold of her body before slamming her thighs straight onto his knee as the Marine repeated the process, but instead bringing her spine down onto his knee.

        After having severed the Hunter's spine, The Slayer chucked her body several feet away. However, Samus extended her arm canon and fired her grapple beam before Doomguy had a chance to react, he was flung right into Samus' direction as he felt the Hunter's metallic boot strike him directly in the chin as an audible CRACK could be heard the moment Samus' boot made contact with his chin. The hunter’s kick sent the Marine careening backward until he landed flat on his face. Samus quickly began to fire a barrage of Super Missiles at the downed Marine.     The Slayer quickly reacted by dodging towards his left avoiding the wrath of the missiles completely. Though Samus wasn’t aiming for the Slayer, however, she knew the Slayer would dodge the incoming attacks so she aimed at the cavern walls, this caused several stalagmites to fall towards and impale the Slayer from above.     A single stalagmite failed to hit its target causing the Marine to look up at the falling ceiling. He quickly dashed forward to avoid several of Stalagmites before leaping into the air and catching a single stalagmite with a single hand. While in the air he threw the makeshift projectile towards the Hunter with all his might. The Hunter quickly flipped back as the stalagmite grazed against orange armor as she took aim once again, this time unleashing a beam that was comprised of both light and darkness while Doomguy continued firing the Unmakyr. The two armored heroes began to circle each other, with Samus' Annihilator beams and fire from the Unmakyr countered each other, the blinding colors of both red and white filling up the caverns. However, it didn't take long for Samus to score a lucky shot directly into the Slayer's abdomen.      Several more shots were fired into his direction, forcing The Slayer to stumble back while Samus charged up for a full Annihilator blast. The Slayer narrowed his eyes from beneath his helmet before pulling out a glowing green orb. The Charged Annihilator beam made contact with the Slayer’s chest and in the fraction of a second. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!     A massive explosion of light and dark energy engulfed the Slayer’s body, shaking the very planet to its core.     As the explosion began to settle however, the Doom Slayer was still standing except something was different. There were no visible cracks on his armor, hell the Doom Slayer appeared if it had tanked the Charged Annihilator Beam. The Doom Slayer now took on a monochrome appearance. In fact even the Slayer’s vision was nothing but black and white colors.     Without hesitation the Bounty Hunter quickly fired everything in her entire arsenal at the Slayer, from various different beam settings, missiles, combination weapons. Though nothing in her entire arsenal even phased the Slayer, the beast of a man simply walked through the weapons like nothing was even there. In fact while the Slayer was walking he pulled out a Big Fucking Gun with glowing green lights. He fired a single green projectile at the Hunter. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!     Samus quickly side-stepped out of the path of the blast at the very last second. The green projectile easily vaporized a hole through the wall of the cavern-like it was nothing, causing the eyes behind the hunter’s visor to widen from the blast. The Slayer wasted little to no time firing another shot from the BFG 9000, the deadly blast of green energy forcing Samus to quickly roll out of harm's way as it obliterated more of the cavern walls while planet shook once more. Samus, now knowing that the Marine was no longer playing around, decided that if he was pulling out the big guns then what was stopping her?      Samus took aim from her Arm Canon once more, as a multi-colored aura began to surround her and a blinding glow emitted from the barrel of her Canon as The Slayer charged up another shot from the BFG. Samus blasted a Hyper Beam directly into a fully charged shot from the BFG!     The result? SHKYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!

    Devastation.      An enormous hole was blasted into the surface from Mars, one that looked almost visible from Space but even after all that, the fight was far from over. In fact, the two were literally still holding on for dear life with their weapons still extended outwards.      Samus, on the other hand, was in far worse condition. Her suit had been damaged with holes and scratches that littered the Varia suit. She laid on her back weakened, unable to move a single muscle in her body. She laid next to the pile of Radioactive Phazon from her encounter with the Cyber Demon. In the corner of her eyes she saw the Doom Slayer with the Super Shotgun in hands tread over to Samus, most likely to finish her off. Samus knew she could make it out of this, she had to survive, she had to fight, she had to defeat this monster of a man.     Not even Samus realized but her suit began to absorb the radioactive Phazon from earlier. This caused the Bounty Hunter to slowly rise up from the ground, the sight of which caused the Doom slayer to freeze in his tracks. Her suit then began to emit a blue aura around the Hunter, she had activated her Hypermode. Without hesitation she fired off beams of Phazon at an immensely quick rate forcing that not even the Slayer could keep up with. Quickly he pulled out a his final weapon a sword made up of Argent energy called the Crucible which he used to bat the Phazon beams like flies.     Within mere moments, The Slayer charged forward as he continued to parry the dozens of Phazon beams that were fired into her direction as he brought the Red Energy blade and swung it in a downward motion, forcing Samus to quickly block the attack with her Arm Canon, causing crimson sparks to fly the moment both weapons came into contact. The Slayer applied more pressure to the blade, putting in all his strength into the attack while Samus, using the massive amount of Phazon that was flowing from within her suit, pushed the blade back with a great burst of strength. That one push was all that it took to give her the chance to strike...     Samus, with a quick burst of speed, directed her Arm Canon right into the Slayer's stomach...    VWEEOOOOM!     Beneath his helmet, The Slayer's eyes widened with a mix of surprise and horror as he felt a powerful beam of Phazon blast a gaping hole inside of his stomach. From underneath his mask, the Slayer coughed out his own blood. The Slayer fell to his knees only using the Crucible to support his own weight. The Slayer began to shake wildly as the Phazon slowly began to corrupt his own body. Samus could hear the violent coughs from her opponent struggling to hold onto life. “... Rip and tear,” the Slayer said weakly, Samus was surprised that her opponent had uttered out words.     “ and do it all . . . AGAIN!!!” The Doom Slayer roared out in anger as he used the last of his remaining strength to run at the Hunter one final time. Samus only took aim for one final time, looking into the charging Slayer with a look of both sadness and determination, The Slayer wasn't afraid to die as a blinding blue light began to overtake his vision. Before the fight had finished, Samus spoke back to the Slayer in a mournful tone of voice.     "If you can still hear me, I'm sorry..." And with that, Samus unleashed a powerful Phazon blast that engulfed the entirety of his body as his armor was blown away into bite-sized pieces while his flesh and muscle tissue were easily burnt right off before all that truly remained of The Doomslayer was charred skeletal remains and his decapitated head that fell to the ground with a barely audible thud.     Samus took in several deep breaths before all the Phazon pulsating through her body had evaporated entirely.      After a long and grueling battle, The Hunter took down the Slayer...

(Music Stops)     Samus nearly fell to the ground, as she continued to breathe heavily after the exhilarating fight. In all of her life, Samus hasn't battled anyone that was quite like this Marine, his resilience and persistence keeping him on the battlefield even if it meant certain death for him was truly something worth mentioning. However, Samus knew that her mission was yet to be completed as the Phazon was still somewhere on this hellish planet.     The Bounty Hunter regained her footing and made her way into another opening in the cavern. She could hear the screeches and growls of the demonic inhabitants of Mars which meant made her ready her Arm Cannon. But just as she was about to leave, she turned her head to the Slayer and nodded, sharing a silent moment of respect for the fallen slayer, before charging off through the caverns.     The Slayer was dead, but a new warrior had arrived.     One that would be known to the demons as The Doom Hunter.

AFTERMATH SCREEN: Samus is seen firing several missiles at the demons of Mars, blowing them up to smithereens. Doom Slayer’s crucible is embedded into the ground, with the Slayer’s head resting on the handle. Similar to the Slayer’s own pet from before. __ UL: Oh no! Now who's gonna stop the Demons from invading Earth!? Mettaton: I mean, Samus is still on Mars and Doomguy would probably just respawn in Hell so... King: Nope he’s definitely dead. No way he's coming back from that one. Void: Eh we shall see, at first glance the Slayer might’ve been able to score a victory here. Due to his immortality which ensures that he can pretty much come back from certain death and being the more ruthless of the two fighters. But if we take a look at both fighters respective stats this battle is pretty clear cut. UL: Doomguy's best feat was where he killed The Dark Lord, the dude who was responsible for creating the whole DOOM-verse and the existence of demon's which should put Doomguy at about Universal+. Samus' best feat when she condensed the entirety of Dark Aether into energy and used it to stabilize the Light Aether, as the resulting output reached up to 64.1415619025 Tenatons of TNT, which clocks in at about Star level. Durability was also something Doomguy succeeded in considering he could endure blows from the Dark Lord, which vastly eclipses any of Samus's best durability feats. Mettaton: Speed, however, was a vastly different story. The Slayer is able to percieve blasts from the BFG 1000, the blast from said weapon being able to travel from Phobos to Mars which clocks in up to Mach 9,188. But Samus has way better feats up her sleeve as she's able to keep pace with her nemesis, Ridley, who is able to keep pace with her Gunship, which is fast enough to travel the galaxy in a short period of time. This feat clocks in at 91,636.36... c, which is beyond massively faster than light! UL: CHRIST! You know you're blitzing enemies when you're literally BEYOND being faster than light... Still not sure how that works though. Void: Stats aside, let’s compare both space warriors arsenal side to side. While the Slayer’s arsenal is varied at murdering the demon horde he faces on a daily basis, though if we compare his arsenal to Samus their’s no contest. King: This chick has everything she has from multiple beam settings, to missiles, different kinds of explosions, Black holes, and different visors to track the Slayer means that Samus has everything that the Slayer has and even more! Void: Let’s not forget Samus’ abilities that can help change the tides in her favor. If things ever do get rough she can simply use the Phase Drift to temporarily slow down time, or use the Lightning armor to tank the Slayer’s attacks with zero difficulty. UL: Though, that's not to say the Slayer didn't have his advantages as well. He hads LOADS of experience, given how this dude has been killing Demons and stopping invasions from Hell for practically millennia and he was easily the better hand-to-hand fighter, seeing as how he was more trained in this sort of stuff compared to Samus, who simply learned it on her own. Mettaton: That and Doomguy is also resistant to some of Samus' attacks such as fire, ice, and even phazon for that matter. But just because he's resistant doesn't guarantee he is completely invincible as it can still kill him at any given moment or time. But taking Phazon into consideration, the stuff is highly contagious, radioactive, and mutagenetic and it's been said to kill you in a matter of seconds. Of course, Doomguy is resistant to radiation but that's standard radioactivity was opposed to how deadly Phazon is. King: And while you may be all strong and tough but if you're opponent is far faster and has a ton of goofy shit that can kill you in less than a second, trust me I did the math, it’s guaranteed that your going to die in one hit. But hey at least the Doom Slayer is Immortal so he can always come back and fight Samus even if he’s blown to literal smithereens. Void: I mean he could do that but if he does he’s literally going to be throwing his corpse at Samus until she dies. Which, given the stat gap, is not gonna happen. Mettaton: Indeed, even if Doomguy came back and knew all of Samus' tricks and whatnot, it still wouldn't give him an advantage due to her vastly superior speed and insane hax she brings to the table. Either way you slice it, Samus simply was far more powerful than anything that The Slayer had both ripped and torn into in his past lives. UL: Unfortunately for the Slayer, He sadly didn't have much that could help him BLAST longer! King: Guess you could say that he met his DOOM. Mettaton: Uh... Please don't do anymore puns. UL: Perhaps it was because Samus was best SUITED for this match-up! Void: I hate all of you. This whole debate has just been one living HELL for the Doom Slayer. Fuck, now I’m doing it! Mettaton: I swear to god if Sans shows up he- Sans: well, i could've given a joke but I a-RAN out of ideas!

Mettaton: ...The victor of this match-up is Samus Aran, GOODBYE! THE WINNER IS SAMUS ARAN!

-Less varied arsenal compared to Samus ___ Epilogue:     THUD!     The sound of something hard striking against the hard brimstone-esque surface filled the ears of it's inhabitants as they turned their heads to see a seemingly random stranger laying on the ground. He soon got himself back up and scanned the area surrounding him.     All that he could see was a sight that wasn't different anything he had seen. Fire, Chaos, Red ashen skies, and Demons. So. MANY. Demons. There was no mistaking it, he was in Hell.     The demonic creatures immediately caught wind onto who this man was as one let out a screech followed by it's surrounding brethren. Meanwhile, Slayer simply huffed beneath his helmet before unsceathing the Super Shotgun.     It didn't take long for a hole to blasted into the face of an oncoming demon as many more followed suit.     What did the Slayer do? He took aim and grinned like a motherfucker.     It was time to rip and tear like always...
